Return Policy
Freya Rose will refund any footwear purchases bought from our online web shop once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item, this must be returned within 14 days together with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip.
If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.
If an alternative style is required, please return your purchase as detailed above and repurchase as before.
It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Information
Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within 24 hours. However please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Your order will be shipped by courier service once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.
- £12 for UK excluding Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
- £29 for Europe and USA including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
- £45 for Rest of the World
The cost will be added automatically on your order form.
UK VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries as well as for Channel Islands (please make sure to pick e.g. Jersey as country). This is clearly indicated on the order sheet when purchasing.

Privacy Policy
Freya Rose Shoes collects personal information when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for the newsletter. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfil your order. Saved credit card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems.
